Epic Meal Time

After eating too much yesterday, I'm trying to overcome, working on making the most epic salad ever.


Summer Lettuce
Red Kidney Beans
Cider Vinegar
Handful of cous-cous
Jamacian Tabasco
Two slices of ham
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Red Pepper
Italian spices
Half a slice of toast
Raisins

Just about 300 kCals, I think.
